That base kit is a classic. Anxious to see how all of the extra stuff plays into this GB entry!

Spend a few nice hours at the bench and started building the gladiator. Steps 1-23 are done. A lot of repetition but I enjoyed getting the four legs and the mid-section together. The kit is interesting to build as it has a few movable parts. Not that fancy as Paul's creations but still nice options for a diorama. As this kit is kind of a snap fit kit i had to take care of quite some seam lines, but they are fairly easy to clean up. Here are some pics...

Love it ! [smile]
but you knew I would [biggrin]

looking at the knee joints it appears there's a "wee slidey rod" ....
nice feature [smile]

looks like the legs might have a reasonable range of movement

I think I'd like this kit [wink]

Looking good!

I have been trying to track down a 1/20 M.a.K kit just a single suit and they go for crazy money over here [frown]

Also been looking at some of the macross 1/72 jets also by hasegawa and they too are really expensive [frown]

I got this kit from Hobbylink Japan. Ordered a few times from them without any problems.

For some reason that Hobby Japan site is really heavy on the CPU and memory, my computer doesn't like it ....
it'll do it but it doesn't like it ....

Anyhow Gerry,
I think this one is the sleekest by far [biggrin]
