Hmm this seems strange ... 

I just started to glue some of the photo etch on, im using zap CA glue, but the styrene has all started to crack and fall apart

Do you think the glue is to hot for the plastic ?... ive used it on other brand kits without a problem though

That's strange indeed. I do use ZAP-A-GAP medium CA+ without any problems on my Hasegawa kit. Never had a problem being to hot...

Looks like a nice kit! Great work with the riveting!

Sorry to hear about the CA problems, haven't had any similar problems myself. Maybe you could try some different brands on a spare part.

Ive ordered another brand and yeah il check to see how that works

And I'm really not sure why its cracked, i can possibly fix it with Tamiya extra thin though?.

But i got in contact with Amazon who are kindly gonna send m a replacement part but it can take up to 3 weeks

Good choice with that kit. I cant wait to see the weathering. Nice Job on the riveting too. Sorry bout that Ca glue bummer.
