It looks very authentic to me, very nice work and skills. One thing to add would be a can of coke (pepsi)

Thanks Thomas. I still have to work up the mojo to get the last bit of effects finished.

Thank you, Paul. I was just building this one up for myself as I would like it. I changed a few big things and a lot of smaller things and I like it. I still need to finish my weathering lol.

Yeah they do don't they though I really do not know why people refer such things as gimmicks, it's a collection of working features

I'm not sure why they are referred as gimmicks either. I've been wanting to add a light to the searchlight on one of these kits since I was a kid, but the sizes of lights available in the past would not fit very well. Actually I think the term "gimmick" is more applicable to features the manufacturer builds into the design of the kit, such as the spring loaded recoil function of the main gun on the AFV Club M-60A1. Something that is neat, but ultimately useless to the final presentation of the model. Plus the kit parts scrape off the paint of the metal gun tube when used lol. Which is why I glued it in place lol. Thank you Ian. I have put a lot of work into making this build as I wanted to see it. Something different from the crowd.
