This one will go in the same dio as my quad and 25 pound gun. Basic construction complete, shadow coat and desert yellow applied then glossed for weathering and decals. Mock up with AM stowage:

Well it seems I made a right royal screw up with the decals on the FAT and 25 pounder......... extensive research has shown that no Canadian units were ever involved in the North African campaign. The Canadian decals were apparently meant to be used on vehicles painted in European camo!!! Oh well!! I'm still glad I used them but I had to buy another set from the UK Tamiya supplier in order the have the FAT and this one from the same unit!! Still a fair way to go but this is where it's at right now:

Looking great.
Although not factually correct the decals look good, end of the day it's your model so you can have it any way you like I would be very happy if it were mine!

Thanks fellas. Yup!! those were my thoughts too. I just can't be that anal!! LOLNot quite there yet but almost. I used some of the ammo boxes that came with the kit but also some from Accurate Armour. I also used a couple of 'Captured Wehrmact Jerry Cans' from Italeri.
