@Paul I agree, if only they would do a matching paint!
@ Steven Thanks I will certainly look into that. A lot of on-line model shops stock the paints, but are reluctant to send them by post to Ireland (strange...N . Ireland is okay). Now, Japan don't care what they send by mail....but takes awhile.
I've just done a paint swab of the Ammo Green and an old pot of Citadel Hawk Turquoise, under a daylight lamp...interesting result when they are mixed...
Might make up a pot of this mix and tweek it a little, as I will need it later on for the inside detail of the canopies.

I agree, once I've got the dust/dirt & chips (not the edible kind) in the pit it should blend quite well.
I'm looking forward to trying these resin seats.
REFERENCE PHOTO...NOT PAINTED BY ME !

Always troublesome to get matching colours to the coloured PE cockpits but it looks like you got a nice mix there. And thanks for the link about the gunze mix will write that down for future builds!

Update:
Cockpit cleaned and primed with AV Surface Primer, and left to dry.
Made up a mix of Ammo Russian Cockpit Green and AV Game Color Electric Blue...
Now to just wait and see what this is like in the morning when fully dry.
Thanks for looking

Update..
Well at long last it's starting to take shape..
Seeing this is the tonic my mojo needed.
Front cab to do next, and then some subtle weathering to bring it together.
Apologies for dark photos.
