I plan to do a couple of builds it that is permitted , firstly this one the  Eduard 1:48 Spitfire Mk 22/ 24 as a Mk 24 version. The kit is a limited edition kit based on the Airfix 1:48 kit with an Aires resin cockpit, photo etched parts, masking set and some lovely decals included marked "printed in Italy" (Cartograph??)

Simple but effective box art

The kit contents still bagged showing nice resin and etched parts included.

Painting instructions for the scheme I plan to do.

I am also looking at getting a couple of resin items from Barracuda to replace inaccurate kit parts as well as turned gun barrels from Master of Poland to improve the look so will post them once they arrive.

Looking forward to the build as this is another kit that has been in stash way too long.

Just a wee update to say I am withdrawing this entry from the competition as I have lost interest in the project and she is now consigned to the shelf of doom.

It happens to us all mate, I blame it on all the nice kits that come out that makes us want to build them instead of what we are working on.
