I have this kit in my stash although it has different box art. I take it out fairly frequently and drool over building it. It was one of three kits in my stash to choose from for the Russian GB. I think it is a fantastic kit! SUBSCRIBED of course!

Cant see any Eduard stuff for the SMT anyway soo out of box i think it is

...

Ted you have the same one? they are Lion Roar in USA ? is that why the box is different?

ah, I thought it might be one of these kits .... well I tried [biggrin]

might be an age thing, printed at different times or a special edition perhaps ?
he needs to drag out the stash so we can have a look [smile]

My box is the third -3rd--one down. Thanks Paul

I actually built a MIG-29 from Academy a while back, but the kit is a dog of sorts, or was it the modeler? I bought a set of "aggressor" decals. I also bought a nice seat but managed to destroy it!....oh well.

Here is the page in my WIP thread for the Academy 1/48 Mig-29 9-12 AM decals I used. they worked fine. I used the "bee with stinger" on the vertical stabilizers and a shark mouth on the nose.
