Yeah I am getting pretty anxious to start it myself. The past couple weeks have been pretty hectic. I work as a tattooer and I am also a designer for a major appliance manufacturer so I am always juggling a lot. I am about to start spraying the F-8 as soon as I do a little body work and some re scribe here and there. Then I also had an issue with the flaps on the leading edge of the upper wing that I had to figure out before I could more forward on that. I am still on pace though. I figure if I can finish that one by the middle of October I am golden to finish both by the deadline. The F-18 should go a little faster. I am not using any aftermarket stuff and I am not planning on doing any scratch building. I will start posting on this thread soon hopefully lol.

LOL my stash is getting bigger too.

 Nice Noseart on the Hornet.
Yeah lets just hope I dont botch it [tongue]
Interesting I had no idea Hobby Boss offered a Hornet kit just may have to get one of these one day.
And Mike on that Nose decal all I can say is when it comes time to apply it use some good setting solution and do not get in no hurry take your time with it do that and you will do fine.

Thanks for the advice. That nose art definitely gives me a certain pucker factor when I think about applying it. Luckily it is in two pieces, so hopefully that will help a little. I think hobby boss has a couple different hornet kits. Of course they my be the same kit with different box art. I haven't built anything by them yet, but I do have a couple of their kits. They look really nice in the box, I just hope they go together half as nice as they look like they might.
