Thanks nigel and fabian. I just can't wait to get back to work on this. Had to force myself to set it aside, or I might have never finished the f-22 in time. Still got a lot to do on this though. Have the bomber to finish building, as well as the tanker truck. Then the tractor and I think I'm up to 8 figures to paint now. Could probably make it more if I bought some more figures for it. Probably something I'll have to think on once I get everything else together. That way I can figure out if it's busy enough with the figures I have, or if it could use some more.

Sounds like a plan (and a lot of fun). I checked on your F22, your brother will be one lucky guy :-)

I'm really looking forward to seeing the layout you have in mind for this Kenny, it sounds like it's going to be a nice busy scene

Thanks pete. I'm looking forward to seeing the layout as well. Have a few ideas, but not sure what will work or not yet. I'll need to get the larger pieces finished, so I can start playing. So far this is probably going to be a pretty good size diorama. I'm real glad I'm not building this in 1/32, because I already don't know where I'm going to put it in 1/48 LOL.

Well the raptor is done, so I should be able to get back into this shortly. Probably won't start anything tonight, and tomorrow I'll probably spend the evening cleaning up the bench. Made a bit of a mess having 3 kits (well technically 4 with the tanker truck) at the same time. Though the p-47 is just migrating around since I don't really have anywhere safe that I can leave it for very long. It would probably help if I finished up the p-47 and got it out of the way, but don't want to cut into my group build time any more than I already have. Still have all the little bits to finish painting on that, and the decals. Along with all the weathering that I was planning to do. Better off leaving that till after I'm done with this build. Haven't decided yet if I'm going to go back into the tanker truck, or work on the bomber some more. Think I'll make that decision while I'm straightening up tomorrow. Think I'll have to watch some videos with some b-25s in them to get my motivation back up. Forcing myself to go back to the f-22 partway through really dragged my motivation down for this. I managed to build my motivation back up for working on the f-22 just in time to be finished with it. LOL. Think once I actually sit down and start working on it, my motivation should come back.

Thanks ted. Didn't really want to be doing multiple builds at once, but things happen. Hard to keep them straight sometimes. I do get easily distracted.... OH what's that? it's shiny. lol

LOL...."shiny"...OOOO. I resemble that thought when I am looking at fab builds online and here on Genesis specifically. At the model shop I look around slower and slower, picking up kits and I know my mouth drops open, eyes wide as I fantasize about a build. last thing I look at is cost---usually brings me straight out of my styrene coma! Hey, we can dream! I have always said, "Dreams never come true for those who have no dreams"

Motivation has been really low the last few weeks. Haven't sat down at the bench for a while. So many other distractions lately. Going to try to sit down and get some work done on this this week, before I go on another trip next week. If I keep this up I won't have enough time to finish this in time. Once I do start back into it, I'll probably focus on the plane to get that done. That way if I don't have enough time to finish the whole diorama, I'll at least have something finished.

you always need to have a "drop back and punt" plan in case "life" blocks your progress. We are still following with interest!
