Hello all,
You wouldn't believe how relieved I am to have finally finished this build, at one stage the kit was fighting me so much that I was gonna cut my losses and just give up but I fought trough and I'm delighted I did.
This was my first GB on Genessis models and I promise it wont be my last, I really enjoyed the interaction between everyone involved and would like to thank everyone for all the words of encouragement, it really helped me push through.

This aircraft Chug-A-Lug had competed over 100 missions so I wanted it to look like it was well used without over doing it, I had planned to have it chipped to show the primer and metal but after trying it out I didnt like the look so this is what I went with, I hope you all like.

So thats that,

Thanks for looking,
Eoin

I simply love it, so well done, congrats on finishing. Taking into account the immense trouble you had ... simply wow ... I love the colour, brings out the weathering beautifully and the nose decals are also really good!

Wim.

I would not like to be Bobby now ... hell of a job judging ...

I superb job. Difficult to believe this is 1/72 scale. Love the colour and subtle weathering.

Very nice work, amazing considering all the difficulty it gave you at the start. Glad to see you finished on time!

What a big bird Eoin, she's looking amazing! Very nice color, weathering and great attention to detail. All those tiny cannons are looking great. I'm glad you finished in time :-)

Yeah Eoin, when I was watching the weekly show yesterday your build was a standout, I wondered who's it was.
Really great looking plane mate. Love it!

Eoin,

This may have been a paint to build but the finish on this really does make the fight worthwhile mate.

Everything looks fantastic ! The colour and weathering are spot on and it looks very authentic, you should feel very proud of this one buddy, I know I would be more than happy to have it on display
