Very clean work as usual !!! Nice you displayed it next to your glasses... did not expect it was so tinny. Well done Fabian !!!

Thank you very much guys. Very much in need for glasses as I'm not getting any younger [wink]. The Hellcat I'm building was painted completely in Navy blue (or Sea blue). I want to give here a weathered look and decided to do some preshading in a lighter colour. I used Tamiya XF-18 medium blue for this. As base colour I used AKAN FS 35042 Sea blue, a very nice colour in my opinion. Already like the colour differences. I will try using some oils after decals and a gloss coat. Thanks for looking!

Thanks. The colour differences are much less visible after a gloss coat. We will see how it will turn out. Decals are on and finished.

I also started the 1/144 as a side build. I won't post this as a separate entry but like to share some pics as it is actually a very nice kit.

Fabian, you know I am a big fan of your work. Seems the smaller you go, the more you demonstrate in skills! its usually the other way around! Crazy skills!

Thanks Ted, I’m a fan of your work too 😊. The size isn’t too bad for a 1/72 bird. Maybe the pics of my 1/144 side build where throwing you off. Sorry for the confusion 😅

Thank you guys. Was working on the landing gear and rockets. Almost done.
Already looking forward to the next GB. I’m very inspired by the foto theme. Hard to choose though 😅
