Missing Royal mail deliveries is a pain, finding time to go to sorting office and queueing to collect your package.

Built a box with a Yale lock outside my house for packages.............but model stuff usually needs a signature [frown]

Thing and my two puppies..............would they eat the hand or its strangle them?

In this modern age there should be a method to digitally sign as the "post man" deposits in a safe place.

With the present cost of living it's highly unlikely any occupants would be at home during postal hours............All in house need to work just to cover bills never mind mortgages

No wonder Snail mail is dying..............not adapting to modern environment

Sorry I'm not happy with Parcel Force (Subsidiary of Royal mail) DPD all the way in UK and some other smaller delivery services. Text info on delivery times +++ interactive working del to neighbor, safe place or rearrange del day (unlike offered PF which offers but never works).

You can see I've missed a few deliveries?

But not my 4lb of lead.. 4lb was £5 and £2.50 del yet 1lb was £10 and £3.50 del, what's that about?

If anyone needs a 1/2 or a pound for a nose wheel build, I'll mail at just cost for postage.

Not allowed to use this lead for my fishing bombs anymore [frown]

The US post office is just one of the programs that our government made bankrupt. Postal rates for a single stamp going up again soon. They do deliver lots of things I order though and I don't have to sign. If I select "ground' delivery, its the USPS [united states postal service] that brings it. No major problems yet

Bit of painting today. I'm actually further along than the pictures I have posted most recently but unless I get more painted, my pictures will look too similar. I finished today by using one of the 4-5 metal colors I have set aside for the KBOP. Its "JET EXHAUST", an enamel by Model Master.

There's a small utility cupboard next to my front door which I leave permanently unlocked.  I stuck a laminated sign on it, saying if I was not home to leave any parcels in there.  Never had a problem.

I dont mind so much about missing the post as the office is only round the corner 😉 !

Now i was tempted to get the big sin resin set for this kit, but i thought this time i would wait until it arrived.

if i do decide too il let you know and put up a photo when it arrives.

Like i said i can't really be stating until next monday! though its gonna be tempting.

Certainly looks like a nice kit, though I would expect nothing less from Eduard.
