Hi,  I'm using the same magnet idea for my F-18 build and I think it will hold nicely.  It also gives a nice clean underside of the plane.

Looking good.

Thanks Timbo. Masking was much easier than I thought it would be. Started on the decals and the behave pretty nice. But there area lot of little parts I have to position exactly next to each other to make the Dutch lion... this will take some time.

That's an awesome colour Fabian and it looks great on the plane. What's the Mr Paint like to use ? The bottles remind me of Alclad

Thanks Pete, I do like how the painting turned out. The Mr Paint sprays very nice, even and fine pattern, no drying out of the needle and you get a smooth semi gloss finish. All good but I won't use them again because they smell very badly. I usually only use acrylic paint. They don't spray as fine but i can use them without seeing unicorns ;-)
