Hi everybody,

My name is Alain and I'm novice in plastic models building.

I just ordered these pretty 1/72 twin sisters [rofl][rofl] just released by Takom last month.

Have a few kits (not even started) at home at 1/35 and 1/48 scale.

So I wonder  how tall the pieces will appear once I open the box.. Probably will need my binoculars [eek]

Here are a some pictures I found on Internet that shows the content of this new kit.

I also would like apologyse for my poor English as I'm a french Canadian... but for sure this forum and bobby's videos will help me to learn that more.

So, I can't wait to see all what is going to happen the following months and I wish to all of you a Happy new year.

Next post when the box walks in. Then starts building and hope I will be able to achieve before june.

Alain.

Hi Alain,
Very nice that you bring some variation into the GB. Hope your kit arrives soon and I’m looking forward to see those sisters come together. Good luck and have fun.

Something a bit different.  Nice choice.  And don't worry about the language, your English is better than my French!

Hi Alian, welcome and that's gonna be a great build. I also though of doing armour and had my eye of the Takom HEMMT kit with dozer in 1/72. But I decided to go for a plane anyway.
Have fun and looking forward to your progress.

Dank je Alain, fijn weekend :-). Thought your name sounds familiar. Do you have a Dutch or Flämisch background?

I hope I will later on with a spitfire I have just bought.
But currently my son wants to build a ship in 1:700 scale (titanic) and we have just began!!
I have already asked in the relevant topic if I can participate with a ship and what is the corresponding scale of as ship to the 1:72.

Yes I saw you post... I don't know if this project meets the 1/72 Build Group conditions... Bobby certainly will answer your question.
