And she is finished!  This kit was a real pleasure to build.  The only issues I had were operator error [tongue].

I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone.  Lots of fun to be had!

The main issue I had was the landing gear areas.  I may have misaligned them and so the landing gear and the doors were a troublesome fit, but again I think it was because of my mistake.  It has you put the gear struts in as one of the first steps and I never do that.

Now for the pictures.

I hope you guys like it and thanks for looking!

I would highly recommend Robin Olds book,

Fighter Pilot: The Memoirs of Legendary Ace Robin Olds

Tom,
Beautiful build and scheme/finish/weathering as already stated. I like the camo as opposed to the more common grey tones [the grey tones I will be using[frown]]. adds a lot of life to a great airframe. nice pictures too! thanks for sharing everything with us.

I've been intrigued to see how the cammo version (Vietnam) would look like on this model and you've not disappointed me. It looks very good, and it suits the model.
A great job, now you can sit back and relax whilst the rest of us continue licking our paintbrushes and losing hair.

Well done Tom.

Very clean build, good job on the camo. After all those stencils I would still be cross eyed! I especially like the wing tanks!
