Hi all,

I am a little excited about this build, because it is my first group build and my first jet. I am a little nervous but I am sure if I need help along the way I'll be able to get it.

I am building pretty much straight out of the box with the exception of the resin ejection seats and the etched remove before flight tags.

I am also going out of the norm and will be using MM enamels on this build.

Good luck Ken, BE excited and don't be nervous. I think we're all conscious of having our work open to public viewing and scrutiny but you'll find all here helpful and supportive. Besides, this will be only my second GB also. Enjoy and have fun at all costs!!! Aidan

Hi Ken, no need to be nervous, it looks like there will be quite a few of us in this group build, and we will all be able to help and encourage each other along the way ! Aidan is absolutely right, fun should be the number one priority, I'm certain we will all have a blast building these f-4s, and good luck buddy !

Ditto ditto ditto to ALL of the comments here already. Take your time [we got 6 months] and DO ASK QUESTIONS whether they are posted in the forum or sent to any of us as a private message. I study everyone elses builds to borrow [steal] ideas and learn techniques in addition to what Bob teaches in his videos. We will be your best cheerleaders although not the best looking? LOL. So glad to see you in the GB Ken! enjoy!

Hi Ken, have you made any progress on this yet ? Let me know if there are any areas of the plane in particular you need and I will post them on your thread, I have collected quite a few from the net and don't want to fill up your build with all of them

Good luck with your build. I started the same way that you are feeling now about the build. The lads on this forum are first class. They are there if you need any help along the way, after all we are all building the same model. It may turn out that you have some great ideas that we have never seen before. Share and share alike, oh and steal [wink]

When we all submit our final reveals we will all be winners.
