Thanks guys

I am using Italeri paints and honestly I do not like[frown], do not go well with tamiya tinner with Mr Bobby tinner[smile] ....yes works but , coming out of the airbrush is not uniform,(I do not know if it's the correct term) does anyone have experience with this brand?
I finished the cockpit,... interesting detail for 1/48.

Great start Eduardo, that is a lot of detail in the cockpit !
I haven't used Italeri paints before, but I have tried spraying Revell acrylic paints and have had exactly the same issues you describe, maybe they just don't like being thinned enough to spray, I have relegated the few Revell paints I have to the shelf and won't use them anymore

Looking really nice there Ed, can't help with the paints either, but have you tried thinning with just water? Maybe? Sometimes my Vallegos get a bit funny after thinning with thinners, but are ok with water. Keep up the good work mate, as Mike said, colours are intense. [smile]

Wow fantastic looking kit there Eduardo the detail in the cockpit is amazing, never seen one of these built before and looking forward to seeing it come together.
As for the paint I tried these Italeri paints and had similar issues the only thing that thinned them with any success was automotive screen wash mixes at about 60% screen wash to 40% paint and pressure about 22psi.
Good luck
Gary

Terrific start on the Accurate Miniatures Dauntless. One tough kit but the details are wonderfully done.
Keep 'em coming

Nice kit and great work so far, I'm wondering what you will come up with for the finishing touches on this. You will have something under your belt.
