Looking great ! [smile]
Seems to be a nice kit with a lot of details, more particularly for the wings. Don't know this brand. Is it good engineered ?

Hi Eduardo
Just a thought on using Italeri paints. While I haven't specifically used them, I have heard of air brushing problems and the recommendation had been to use their own thinner. As an alternative, I have been using UMP (universal Model Products )Thinner and Air brush Cleaner. and personally, they are the best products I've ever used for acrylics and works on every acrylic paint in my arsenal, including MIG and AK perfectly. The recommended thinning ratio for Italieri paints is:
70% thinner to 30% paint.
I've attached a link to their website with their thinning chart and hopes this helps:

Thanks everyone for the comments.[smile]
Well on the Italeri paints, experimented with water and results but with the tinner that Peter advised the ULTIMATE works perfectly.[biggrin] About kit had some problems in fitting the wing and fuselage (see photos) but I must say I never had built this brand do not like the instructions do not like the panels lines (shallow)[frown] I like the quality of plastic, similar to the tamiya, detail to 1/48 very acceptable ...[smile]
As you can see from the pictures I made some progress, some problems with the Montex Mask are very thick and round parts simply do not stick, next time I think I'll be the favorite part PAINTING[cool]

Geez, a ton of work on your part to correct all the fit problems for sure. Looks really good now with the filler and sanding done. very nice work on the radial engine .. just has the right look and feel to it.
Glad the UMP Thinner worked for you ... just great stuff
Keep 'em coming
Peter
