This was part of the Airfix Battle of Britain set that I am slowly making. Lots of options for how to make it but did need some filling and the detail levels don't seem particularly great either.

Bitzadoggy...Good start but needs a little weathering and mud like most ground vehicles.

You're right. I did a little chipping and also tried to use some pigments as well. The pigments went down nicely but then disappeared when I went to coat them with varnish to fix them. I didn't go back to it beacuse I alway worry about doing too much. Thinking about it though, I should really choose a model and push the weathering a lot further than I normally would - just as a learning experiment.
