Really enjoying everything you are teaching with this build. the scratch, PE details re: gluing PE down, etc. Excellent!

Watched all of the videos. Excellent.

I've a question re: fitting the arch shaped PE onto what appears to be a horseshoe shaped bulkhead [?]. You carefully marked and cut one "leg" of the PE so that it would fit next to part of the kit piece that was in the way of getting the PE in proper position. Your technique was perfect and gave a beautiful result.

Would it have been OK to glue the bulkhead in place ?, THEN, take a thin saw and make a slice between the part that was in the way of the PE and the bulkhead. This would have created a "slot" for the PE part to slide into. Hope this makes sense?

here is a very crude diagram:

I guess this solution would actually be more work and not as neat? It depends on a perfect cut to make the slot.

OMG, definitely got to get one of the Laser Bond tools to have in my glue repertoire? I presume it works as well on styrene joints since it is a styrene based glue?

Hooray. Especially with the demise of the last of the Lynx from Yeovilton this week it will be a fitting tribute.

Hello Bobby, "Houston, Houston we have a problem" From Austria I cannot watch the latest video, it says "not available" . With the older ones there are absolutely no problem.
Best wishes from Vienna,
