Got the intakes, wells and engines into the lower fuselage and started sticking bits on the wings and upper fuselage. Also got the front well done.

Been said over and over and over but the fit is just great! Also see the last pic for a direct size comparison to the 21! This thing really is a monster!

A whole lot more gluing tonight!

Decided to do all flaps down but keep the rear elevators in the neutral position.

Nose is just temporarily taped at the moment as I'm not 100% if it will need nose weight yet.

Also couldn't resist more shots of just how big it is.... think I need more shelves!

Looking good. ..put that nose weight in, with all that unseen engine weight you will need it.

Just realised this is the 2nd Issue....you need to add at least 30g.
Apologies for mix up.

Gerry, don't over weather this monster...believe it or not, they kept these machines rather clean.

Yeah after looking about I see what you mean. Possibly a little streaking here and there but nothing major.

No real updates from the last few days as I have been busy up at 8 sqn (RAF waddington) working on these horrid things... up side was the hunter is looking great!

Nice one mate, you ever thought about taking walkaround photos for other modellers....they always come in handy for those who do like the planes.
It's a thought....might even develop into a book !

Big plane to get paint on :-). The grey looks great, very nice tonal variations! Glad your back on it.
