Planking of the main deck complete, I've given it a coat of clear varnish to bring out the wood grain.

Well, once you destructed the ship and got everything turned around, your progress has been great. I have read where modelers spent 3+ years building wooden ships. The project is more beautiful each time.

I keep day dreaming about building a simple ship with foam core and balsa. Look what you have started!!! this work is excellent.
