Dear friends I write this experience because I think that a company like Bagder have to be carefully with their quality product that they sell. I bought the Badger Patrioit 105 2 weeks ago via amazon USA and when I received my package I opened it and I surprise about my product. First of all the circular metallic part  yellow color that is in place where you connect the quick connector is off of the body of my badger( inside the box) and the spring that is inside too. so I put gain in place but when I put the quick connector ( specifically for badger patriot 105) an try to take out again ( quick connector) both parts the metalic circular part and the inside spring take out too, so I have to leave th quick connector in place to not to loose it. Se cond I put a photograph about the cup. If you see this is not a quality finish is perfectly see strains inisde that dont dissapear with nothing( Take in account that this photo is take it with no using the airbrush, inmediatle take out of the box " new". I wrote to bagder company and tell my case and response to me a person with name Ken Schlotfeldt ( quality badger company department) and tell me that there is no anything wrong with the product, that is part of the conductivity exposure during plating. I told to him thet this is not my first airbrush, and is obviously that some brands like iwatta ,pasche, Mig,and another bagders airbrush that I have , doesnt have this type of quality. I dont know what to think about this purchase but I supouse it is not the best one. foto badger 105.jpg

Hello,

Do not have a lot experience with airbrushes, but fortunately I found an exeptionnal good Iwata dealer here in Canada. Tried one an bought a second one. They are not the cheappest one but not the more expensive neither. Excellent quality and easy to clean. My next airbrush will be another Iwata.

That's not good Manber.

While the marks in the colour cup may not affect its overall performance I would be very unhappy to receive a new product looking like that especially from a major manufacturer.

That's a very poor quality airbrush, and also a poor answer from their representative.  I would be looking to get my money back, if that were me.

thanks for take your time to read it. I totally agree, is unbelieved that a mayor manufacture brand  dont take in account my personal opinion. The worst part is that when I wrote again to Mr. Ken ( representative badger company) he dont write again.[mad]

Your response was from Ken, who owns Badger I believe. I have always found their CSI excellent and have sent numerous brushes the the US for service without issue or charge..from Ireland!

If you bought the airbrush using Amazon or eBay or some others, you might be able to get them to mediate a refund for you. worth a try? Best wishes. I bought a set of expensive car mats recently--weather tech. I have bought from them several times. The latest set did not fit my car well. After emailing several people, sending pictures, etc I got a refund.
Best wishes manber!

I have had excellent response with Badger over an airbrush issue and they replaced the airbrush without a hassle or cost.

Thanks john for your comment, unfourtanelly they are taking a passive conduct and told me that they dont really understand why I not satisfied with the purchase.Inclusive I told them that when you connect the quick connector to the airbrush( specially diseign to patriot 105 badger) and for some reson you try to take it out not olny disconnect, the yellow circle metallic part that is locate in this place and the spring that is inside, automatically take it out and was  inside of the quick connector, so I suppose that I will have to mantain the quick connector connected for the rest of the airbrush life.
