Well lads, it looks like I made it.  They build was done two months ago, but I didn't get around to posting until tonight.

The Bandai kit is wonderful as we have found out over the last year.  No issues with the kit whatsoever.  My focus for this build was to add lighting to the model. The Bandai lighting kit was too expensive and not complete enough for me.  So I added my own LEDs, chips, fiberoptic touches to the kit.  A lot of fun figuring out how to work them into a confined space.  I am really excited about the finished project.

Kit:  Bandai 1/144 Millenium Falcon
Primer: Stynlrez
Paints:  Tamiya, Vallejo
Weathering:  AK enamel washes, artist oil paints

Has to be one of the very best Falcons I have seen. Thanks for the vid and all the finish pics. Show stopper. what does that build out measure if you don't mind?

Nice! I really thought acquiring that model when it was released.. And after seeing this I feel even more like it!
