My 1st GB chaps and of course will 100% scratch built. This is CL4P-TP the annoying but funny unicycle robot from the video game Borderlands

Made a start and now Photobucket is back online I can post some WiPs. (Feel your pain Pete)
Not sticking to any scale here as everything will be scratch built including the diorama, so doing most by eye

Made a quick 2D pattern and cut it out on my desk top CNC:

Once cleaned up, started putting the main body together:

Making the little grille below the eye, sticking the vent strips on then cut to shape once dry, makes life easier

Looking very much OK Jas :-). I don't know the game that well, so never saw that robot but he looks pretty cute. Looking forward to follow your build.

Coool ! another Scratch'n'Bash project ! [smile]

Now this will be definitely worth following, subscribed !

Like the use of magnets to glue things squarely, simple and neat
Also like the design too, always nice to see something different [smile]

Thanks chaps, didn't like the first grille so as usual, I've changed it:
Cut on my faithful cnc...best bit of kit I have ever bought.

That's better, I'm pleased with that.
