Thanks Crossy & Mike.

I have to thank other members for their encouragement and ideas during this build. It was like a collaboration of minds.

The Led system I used came from breaking up many of those cheap Christmas decorations that only last until the batteries run out.
Fitting the unit inside the fuselage came from the fact that this Airfix model was a wonerful fit (never thought I would ever say that about an Airfix kit [smile] ).

Thanks again for your kind words.

Just as a side-line comment I still can't believe that I got over 3,000 views during the build, I enjoyed every minute of this build...it was totally out of my comfort zone.

Nigel, what a fantastic finish the whole display works really well and has a wonderful sense of action to it mate.

Excellent paint on weathering on the deck and beautiful build and finish on the jet too, the lit engine is the icing on the cake and adds to the realism.

A verg original amd well executed piece of modelling my friend and a major bar setter too I feel

Thanks Seth,

hard part was getting the balance correct, also remembering to gloss your work before you cover it with black/brown wash [rofl]

Thanks Dave.

Sorry about the confusion, I'm still leaving the model in the Final.

It's difficult for me to say more...please take no offence. ..it is something that is so personal.
