I need to combine Alexa with my phone, then I can just say "Alexa take high definition macro photo, please". Mad but I always say please and thank you to Alexa I've no problems setting up all my house lights, central heating and door camera with Alexa, through my Iphone............Its just the phone has so many features I get lost. Why aren't smart phone smart, they are just confusing

You can really look at your build and paint and see nothing wrong........but that last picture showed my error. Some of my gun metal got onto the floor, saw it and now sorted..............but I thought things were perfect My only Windsor and Newton brush (00) rescued the day, most are Brokentoad and tbh I can't tell the difference........I don't have a BT 00 You should all know my eyesight isn't perfect from previos posts. You'll be bombarded with pics from now on................the camera sees my mistakes

I've done that myself. Taken pictures for a reveal thread, then spotted a glaring error. Cameras can be brutally honest!

You know that you can tap your screen to decide where your iPhone should focus on, right? Also the more light you have on your subject the sharper your phone can take pics 😉 I always use my IPhone 7 to take WIP pics and I’m quite happy with the results. Only get the big camera out for final photo shoots.

No Fabion I didn't know that, thank you for educating me. I'm not using all my available lights Atm but I will from now on I know my cockpit pics are bad, but it's still possible to see the dry brushing, filter and pigments to weather it?

Fabion I think you may have the better Iphone 7 than mine (my nephew does), the glass back version, mines black metal back. His has two camera zoom setting, normal and zoom in. Mines an early 7 model without this. I asked my nephew to try help with its photo abilities and he showed me how on his, but he couldn't do some things on mine. I'll bite the bullet and buy a decent SLR camera, this is my first group build and learning a lot. A decent camera is a must. I'll do my best this GB, but next GB I'll be a lot better prepared.............learning from my mistakes

It needs a bit of sanding, but I couldn't resist seeing it assembled: It's probobly me being over picky, I've applied styro filler in some places just to perfect things, bth this kit now fits perfect

The sanding is only on the nose section, I'd sanded the fuselage and wings before assembly. I don't like to make sanding difficult, so why I sanded before assembly, there's easy access to the nose for its sanding But I've been on this GB thread for ages and I thought I should show some real progress instead of just waffling on other threads

Please don't ask how, but I managed to tip a bottle of Tamiya extra thin over...............wasn't till the room filled with the smell that I realised. A0 cutting mat now has a mad bubble in it and the house stnks of the ET solvent I ordered a A2 cutting station from PM, maybe I should have ordered a few weeks ago

HOW SH..T. In my last post I replied to Ted, I was just telling him how I was afraid spilling my Tamiya extra thin bottle all over my work bench. It's just a matter of time before it happens. Ted told me he glued his bottle on a old lid with hot glue so it seems almost impossible to overturn it.
