Really like it!

Your inspirational post have got me spending too much though! Not only got the Eduard coming b it also this F-104S which has half standard Italian camo and half crazy cat 50th anniversary markings!

Ok ,, i must say,,, i feel happy,, i managed to finish the f-104 too before the time limit,and as i said here are some sample photos,,and more  to come in Final reveal section..

That plane is really beautiful. It echoes the origins of the jet age. It always made me think of space rockets and i imagined that these planes could operate in space and in lower atmosphere. I know that is crazy but I had that in my mind as a kid. The 104 was featured in an after hours sequence about planes with a poem and visuals at high altitude. They played it each morning when TV stations signed off the air here in the US. I must have watched it a hundred times. Congratulations on a great build and finish! Inspiring.

Not a Star Trek fan but wasn't there an episode or movie that had 104 in?

Not sure but I will look into it. Might have been a time travel episode? They did lots of work those to solve problems.
