So I will be judging all the GB's
Now I have the very hard task of picking from all this fantastic work
I echo Pete's comments to the letter. Thanks very much Bob, your willingness to respond to your customers request will only strengthen the loyalty of them I'm sure. A big tick here mate I'm glad you're back on board. I've decided to continue to reveal my model in the GB reveal section after Fabians comment as it is has played a part in this GB. I don't think I'll be troubling the judges too much. lol P.S. I don't envy your task either.

I just watched the news show and I had the same thoughts everyone has voiced, I could not see it ending well...I was going to send a PM to Bob but saw this first, cheers Simon for speaking up first! I can see what he was trying to do and the benefit to making this a more interactive community but I don't think voting on the GB was the way, nice to see Bob so open to feedback. Thank you Bob.

I think you have all done so well in voicing your comments, and echoed by the other members in the Group Build. Pete and Simon were able to put in words exactly how we all feel about the Group Build and the forum as a whole.
Myself, I feel privileged to be part of this wonderful comradeship.
To have the judging done by a true professional, like yourself Bob, is akin to having a nice cup of tea with an extra dollop of Devon clotted cream in the scone. (don't ask me where that idea came from )
I'm lost for words! Wonderful news.

Thanks Nigel *tips my cup*, and now this is done and dusted (thanks again to Bob), can I quickly just say thanks to you guys for coming in and commenting. I didn't plan, when I wrote the original post, it to be such a common reaction from those involved. So your support was greatly appreciated, and not forgotten.

Well again, I am late to the party. I whole heartedly agree with all that has been said. Having Bob do the judging removes all the concerns related to peer judging. I strugle enough on the building side of things, that trying to pick the best build would give me a stroke. Thanks for taking this back on Bob. One thought is if you want the members input, could you make an additional category for members "favorite"? Not necessarily "the Best" but our favorite thread/build. I would not get an ulcer over picking which build thread I enjoyed the most. Steve

That's a great idea Steve. I know other sites emphasise the build threads in their GB's. I could cope with something like that too. Nice one.

May I take this opportunity to wish all those that submitted their final reveals good luck. I've always said that we are all winners in this GB.
