Pete that's a great re-paint, you couldn't have that much left to do on it.

The other figure is from the same series?, although it's got clothing on it (not sure if McFarlane figure).

Cheers Nigel

There is a few little touches I could do to it but I doubt it would make that much difference to the overall look, and I really couldn't be arsed today lol.

The other figure is 1/6 scale and is made by a company called Hot Toys, it's quite an early one and does look a bit dated compared to their current ones, but looks ok with the Predator

That Arnie figure looks awesome, did you do anything to accentuate the muscles in his arms Pete? Or is that the light defining them. Cool figure. [smile]

The Predator looks so good. It's difficult to get it right because everyone knows what one looks like, and expectation is high. You managed to do it, with create results.

The fantasy figures are basically a free-for-all. Now the U-Boat crew bust is a different matter (which will be my next figure).

I must admit the other one, on first glance, looks like Beckham impersonating Arnie [smile]

I must admit the other one, i assume is straight from the box, on first glance, looks like Beckham impersonating Arnie [smile]

No that's him straight out of the box, the arms are silicone over an articulated metal skeleton, he's jus like a high end action man really lol.
He comes with a few accessories too, he's got a desert eagle pistol, a couple of knives, grenades, differently sculpted hands and even a cigar lol !

I used to have a fair sized collection a few years ago, but when work stopped and times got a bit sticky I ebayed them all except for Arnie

Thanks mate,

I'm pleased with how it came out, it's a definite improvement over the factory finish, I really didn't like the way it had been done

Looking at the other figure, it does look like Arnie, I'm so used to seeing him in movies with a few more wrinkles, like Sabotage - same cigar. Must have been a gift from Mr Clinton [wink]

The likeness is pretty good in reality, my dodgy pics do it no justice whatsoever lol

He does like a cigar does our Arnie, unlike Bill, Arnie only smokes his

That is an incredible figure Pete, I can see the likeness now i'm on the computer at work. That stubble, and faint cammo is amazing. I also like the way they have even reduced the zips and stitching to match the scale. I can understand why you kept this model and not put it on EB.

And my reveal of the APC crew +1.

As you can see, APC not quite finished yet. lol

I think she's pointing at him, telling him to get down he might hurt himself ... or something.

That's about it, I'll take some more detailed shots when I'm not feeling so crap! lol

Simon, that's a nice group of figures. Well painted and great poses, it's a well earned thumbs up from me. [thumb]

Get well soon.
