Hi yes they are but the raised rails on the stern looking aft the second one in from the rt is one plank out so that plank ends up on top of the rail, not a big problem just cut it off at the base and lay it in the space it should be in. The rest is a really good fit. I am doing the Academy 1/350 titanic centenary edition and the decking on that was a nightmare, that is supposed to be cut out but wasn't and there is a LOT of cutting out on that one.

Ted, If I may answer with my impressions: it is full of goodies. The wooden deck sheets and extensive photo etch parts are nice. Metal chains, barrels and other parts are nice to have. The plastic kit really feels like a 1970's one. I am reminded of Revell's 1/96 "Constitution." The plastic seems too soft and not molded sharply enough, by today's standards. However, I think it will turn into a great piece with the inclusion of the PE accessories.

I'm done hijacking KP's thread. I can't wait to see what he does with his project.

Hi all since my bosses husband is buying the Bentley and my boss has commissioned me to build 2 1/48 Tamiya spits and a 1/48 Tamiya Lancaster (her father was an electrical engineer on the lancaster and actually worked on the Concord too)the corvette is going to have to go on the back burner for a while but here is where I am now on her.

Hi all the next update
Here is the standard weapon and the bat boat laser to replace it

Added some of the PE ( not sure whether to leave it as stainless or paint it red, just to add some interest instead of all black)

And more of the hated PE
