Time for an update!

First som pics I took of the landing gears and weapons

Added a similar look as on the engines on the front part of the horizontal stabilizers. Don't know why they look like that!? Maybe some kind of heat shield? To shield from what?

Ready for primer

And finally got some paint on the fuselage and landing gears

Will let it cure for a while before I add a protective glossy coat and start to mask and paint the leading edges, nose etc

Thanks for looking!!

Slow but sure and looking really good. I have not really touched my bench in over 6 months—-now that is slow! Seriously, there is hardly ever enough time to do scale modeling unless you are retired with NO responsibility at all except your own welfare. When you are finished you will most likely forget the time and just enjoy the result!

Progress!

Flat coat, unmasked. Clear parts, landing gear and doors added, starting to come together now. Didn't take any pictures during the progress but this is as she stands now.

Also got a figure from Aires and a ladder from Flightpath

Pretty much only weapons left to paint and then the final assembly. Also plan to do a simple base.

Thanks for looking
