That's a very cool idea Neil but to be honest I didn't start thinking about a diorama yet mate :-)

that's a great Idea Fabian. that conversion kit looks great too.

I guess that's the beauty of doing carrier aircraft... they potentially take up less space than most aircraft

Ah ok then but if you do, that would be a place to start. But I think it's easier said than done. Building the inside of a carrier hanger would take some time to do it right

Easy, you build the hanger, make your final pics and send the hole thing over to me, I make my pics and send your and my model to Pete. He puts everything under his aircraft carrier from the Phantom GB and makes the VERY FINAL pics, lol

Carrier hanger? Oh that is easy, just build it out of clear acetate! We will watch. seriously, very interested to see what you decide. according to what you have shown so far, you got the skills to do anything you want to do. The blood, sweat, and tears on that office was definitely worth it. fine job!

No blood so far Ted, but thank you very much! This hangar thing is living its own life, lol. Sorry, no decision on that so far... first finish the two builds ;-)

Time for a small update: joined the wings with the fuselage. Nice fit :-)

Also added the head-up display

The space between the fuselage and the intakes is very narrow and I'm not sure how to get paint in there. So I decided to paint the side walls of the fuselage before mounting the intake. We will see how this turne out. Before I can start painting a want to close the cockpit... masked the clear parts

Just for fun, stabilizers are not glued yet...

Wasn't easy but managed to mask the inside of the intakes.

Thanks for stepping by :-)
