Hello I'm Daz. I've been watching Genessis Models videos for a little while now and thought I'd say hello. My main area of interest is RAF Bomber Command (as my late Grandfather was a Bomber Boy). I also have a thing for Naval Aviation too especially the F-14 Tomcat. And another interest of mine is German AFV's especially Tigers and variants of.
Nice to meet you all.

Cheers Daz

Welcome bud.

I have a bit of a love for bomber command too, seeing as I'm based there,or air command as it is now but it was bomber command between 1940-1968. They are working on a bomber command herritage room at the moment. bomber Harris' office from his time here is also a heritage room which has been kept in its original state and a lot of the original pieces have been sourced or replicated.

Look forward to seeing some of your work

Thank you everyone. I'm back after taking some time away to care for my Late Mum who was battling Cancer as well as other ailment's. Sadly she lost her short battle with Cancer earlier this year. I'm still grieving for her, the plastic wrestling is helping me to take my mind off things. But it doesn't stop the pain of missing her everyday.

Welcome back Daz. It's so sad about your mother, but it's part of life. Celebrate her life and remember the good times you had with her, and smile in those recollections. She would want that...

Thoughts for your loss. I took care of my mom the last 11 years she lived. Its been 4 years and I still think of questions I'd love to ask my mom........then it hits me all over again. I agree that one of the best things you can do is remember ALL of the good times about your mom. Smile when you can. Cry whenever you need to.

If you can google and locate the show "Modern Marvels", they did a very nice hour long summary about the development, service, and retirement of the F-14 Tomcat. Very well done all round.

Here is a link to get you some info. I did not download this, but it is the program I watched on one of my cable channels.
