Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of using ink for pin wash or weathering they can share? I have never done it but would like to give it a try. Thanks.

I have not used India ink for panel lines but I know that there are modelers here who have. It has to be just like oil pin washes except you will use a different product to remove the excess or ink that gets outside the panel lines. Also, I think many people dilute the India ink before they apply it? hope an experienced modeler chimes in soon. could not find any direct videos online.

When using ink, I dilute it with Vallejo Airbrush cleaner to wanted transparency.
Then apply it mainly in cockpits , wheel wells , engines. To me, it give you just right appierence.

I do not use it for pin wash, because it's not easy to remove it,manipulate it.  Oils for pin wash all the way.
