Great progress! Decals looks spot on! What kind of weathering techniques you are planing to do here?

Not sure was thinking of trying the humbrol black wash to do the panel lines then a sludge wash to put some dirt and grime on but will make a final decision yet will decide tomorrow .

Red tops all prept and painted with decals added see below at pics below

Some filler was needed on the fins that were glued to to small gaps



I then primed them



Then spayed the white on the fins and then after a while drying I spent time adding tape to the fins to spray the center part



Then gloss black was sprayed on the body ready for alclad airframe alu



Next was after the alclad was sprayed then gloss coat added



Then decals added and a further gloss to seal in

Sludge wash added to the lightning using the tip from Bobby's vid know looks like it needs a serious jet wash lol

All cleanish and am happy with the weathering just a few little bits then onto the final revel

scale modeling is one of those hobbies where there is so much latitude in options and techniques/materials.....I view each post as a learning opportunity.thank you for your kind comment about my work--I sincerely hope it helps someone.
