i managed to squeeze a little bench time today ....

Not sure its been a good day though, got off to a bad start, i ran out of thinners (X20-A) i had some mr Hobby thinners but turns out it was for enamel paint so gunged up my airbrush before i even noticed [frown]... got all cleaned up and went on to spray this, i bought AK paint set for NATO colours, its calls out for NATO brown and NATO black, silly me assumed it was also NATO green, i guess not ? looking again at the manual it calls out 50% gunship green, 50% Russian Green

Anyway its looking pretty dark, i can paint over it though right ?

also noticed i attached a wrong part at the back that was for the dutch version oops ! ahh well i liked that bit better so i dont really care much.

Yeah, the camera is unforgiving ;-). But does look good from here. Maybe you can add some shading to break up the surface a little?

No, I mean post shading or bleaching. Like Bobby showed in his resent build update. Using the same color but make it a little lighter and freehand some shades over the base color. Maybe lighter on the top of the tank like sun bleached the paint... Hope this makes any sens :-)
