Another plane that's a little bit different to the norm Fabian, it looks really nice and is that 2 sets of canopies I spy in the pics ? (painted and unpainted)a nice touch by Tamiya.
Nice load of figures included too, a diorama perhaps ?

Yes Pete, did you also spotted the samurai sword? :-). It's tempting to use the prepainted canopy, but no chance to match this color for the rest of the plane... ordered a Eduard masking set - no messing around ;-).
Don't no what to do with all the figures. I little diorama would be nice!

Yes, a diorama would be nice - have to search for some pictures for inspiration.
And sorry for all the typos... its sometimes hard to express myself in English. And typing on my phone isn't really helpful - have to make more pictures ;-)

Haha, thank you mates, your too kind :-). Me speaking is also funny. I life for quite some time in Amsterdam and starting to develop an accent in my mother tongue Swiss German. Sometimes get those weird looks from friends and family when I visit home, specially after some beers ;-)

Wasn't this the aircraft that used to carry the Okha Kamikaze Bomb towards the end of the war.
It's a great kit, wirh loads of plastic.
Good luck with your build.

Thanks Nigel. I guess I will start building tomorrow. There's still a lot to do on my P-61 build but I can't wait to at least clean up some pieces en do some dry fitting :-).
They used the G4M2 model for the Oka. This would be a interesting theme for a diorama, but this kit is the M1 version... Hasegawa has a 1:72 kit of the Betty with Oka. Almost bought it but I wanted something bigger ;-)

Now I never knew that Hasegawa produce the Betty/ Ohka version in 1/72. Must give that a look.
Thanks for that info Fabian.
Good luck with this build.
