Hi all here is a dio I finished a couple of months ago (dont know how to put a link to the build process but it is on britmodeler if you want to see it) Its a dio of the filming of Moochies death from the John Carpenter film of a Stephen King book called Christine. Its about a car which is possessed and Posesses its owner and goes on the rampage killing people who put it or its owner down, it can regenerate its self after a crash or explosion, it is in fact pretty much indestructible I had to do a fair amount of scratch building and it took the best part of 3 months so hope you like it

Hi kp,
That's quite an unusual topic for a diorama, I like it. It looks very impressive when they are doing the night shoot.
What scale did you work to ? I've read the book, but never seen the movie.
Well done, that's a good build. Nice to see something out of the norm.

Hi nigel its 1/25ish obviously I had to make the cameras an lighting up since there are no kits of them and i only had photos to work from so for the rivet counters out there it is probably out on scale. But I don't build for them I build for fun. Glad you like it and thanks ted pleased you like it too.

Very clever to do a diorama of the filming of that scene, looks fantastic, the spotlights are very well done too as is the camera, great scratch building ! I love John Carpenter sitting in his directors chair too ! Brilliant stuff Ken
