Nice to get an email today from Eduard on the release of the brand new Mk VIII Spitfire in 1:48, as well as a full resin engine and cockpit ready to go in aftermarket. Plus other bits.

The best news is the pending release of an dedicated RAAF version later in the year.
I'll be queuing up for that one! [biggrin]

Yes mate, hard to tell from the photos but in natural metal finish too? I think it'll be a long time before I build anything that surpasses the quality of the Mk.IX Eduard Spit, they can't possibly improve it. Oh yeah they can, by having a one piece top engine cowling, that's about it. lol

They also have over trees in stock for the Mk.VIII i think about £7 ... could be good to buy along with the actual kit if you wanted to do more than one marking, no photoetch or goodies mind you
