There are other photo-hosting sites available. Personally I am using FLICKER and it works fine. Its free. If you saw/followed the previous thread about photo posting problems, some other options are mentioned. Best wishes!smugmug is another photo sharing site but I don't know any details.

I am using Image Shack. It does have a subscription. Special deal at the moment of £18 double the following years. Easy to use and no adverts. It does specifically state that 3rd party hosting is included in the deal. Some photo hosters do not include that. I decided I would pay to be safer, I think, I hope, with specific terms of use.

I think you made a good decision. Probably avoided having the photo "rug" pulled out from under you in the future.....best wishes.

Started to use ImageShack myself. It is not for free but I'm happy to pay those guys a few bucks - very user friendly and clean layout, love it. I tried to edit some older post, replace the pictures to get rid of those stupid place holders, but discovered that it's not possible to do so. Apparently you can't edit older posts . Nothing to do about this? Bobby??? I would be a shame to lose all the great work what was posted on the forum.
