The problem isn't that we don't like it, Ken. The problem is that we're usually too blown away by it. I, for one, usually have no idea what to say. Don't mistake our silence for disapproval, my friend.

Hi all here is the next update, I've got to say this is THE very first kit I've ever built with no decals, not even for the dash a kit with a few disappointments the colours have codes at the start of the instructions but that is the only mention of them so apart from the box art there is no mention of what colour anything should be. Anyway here is where I am now.

Hi all well the roller is finished, going to shelve this dio for a while as I'm starting to just chuck them together just to finish them and I'm not giving it my best so will come back to it when I feel more like doing it justice

Here is everything I have for the dio so far.

Nice!! I like the color on the body and the engine detail is great, can't wait to see this all put together. you have made significant progress. Where will you store/display this?

Hi all here's the next update I made the break and fuel lines out of stripped network wires

I much prefer larger scales, I mean look how small this engine is

Compared to this

Those window blind slats are 4 inches (approximately 100 mill)
How you guys add so much detail to 1/24 kits I take my hat off to you.

Great detail in that engine with the scratch building you have done. With a project this ambitious, one might be tempted to skip a lot of details. Glad you haven't.

Don't know if anyone remembers them but made the cable that used to run from the door levers

And started on the next building
