I'll be posting my own "corrected" instructions to this review. I've been finding mistakes in the Profilmodeller instructions and corrected them to how I think it should be on my own sheet. The image below is wrong. They show the rods going forward. They should travel backward to the cockpit pillar on each side. I manipulated the images to the construction I show in the second picture. Parts 29 are facing the wrong way in the glue-up to the paddles. The open side should be facing the paddle back forming a box section. The hinge is the second hole in, not the first and the rod is mounted to the first hole. This is shown in the detail photos and the way I prefer them to be, even though the paddles might not look to be as parallel to 29 as before. The paddles can still be set straight out when gluing. These could also be made operational if one dared to try it by adding solid rod and a movable pivot mounted to the canopy. My drawing also shows two lengths of soft wire bent to mount the assembly to the canopy. A small shallow hole drilled into the inside of the canopy is what I have planned to receive the wire. Nothing is included or noted how to mount the PE to the canopy. It also looks like the paddles are glued too far out on the arms and should be brought in flush at the ends. Seems there is room on the PE to do that and would think it wouldn't be a bad idea to do so to keep the paddles from intruding too far into the center of the canopy which wouldn't compare to references. It would be great if someone could double check my thoughts on all this.

David, ONce again that is totally awesome work in documenting the build along side of the actual aircraft, AM, instruction sheet, corrections/revisions, etc. CHECK YOUR THOUGHTS ????, I can't check my own!! I'll have to follow you on this one. I know '0' about the subject of your build. All I know is that it is really facinating all round.
