Well I guess some would say this thing is turning in to a slight putty queen but not totally I still like to use my green putty for larger areas I have been using it sence the late 80's to today and it is what I am used to using I have never built a single kit from any maker that  has ever went together perfectly and I don't think anyone else has either.

Looks like it's coming together nicely. Few replies over the weekend happens from time to time. Seems like there is just more traffic on this forum in general during the week, and it slows down over the weekend. Though that could just be my imagination.

I know what ya mean Joe, I just put up my latest build. got 22 views and 1 reply lol but like Kenny says It's usually in the week where there's more people at home to reply. But then I don't put up pics just for the replies it's to help people that my need some advice on a build I've done or something I may have done that someone was wondering how the fit is or price for the kit. The comments from you guys are just icing on the cake and inspires me to keep pushin on [biggrin] And your build is not boring mate, it's looking really sharp. I have this one in my stash and following yours intently, can't wait to start it!!, Oh and btw I have built plenty of kits ( mostly Eduards Profipack series) without filling but you are gonna pay for that quality.

Yea I hear you Neil I just picked up Eduard's MIG 21 MF Profi pack at the shop yesterday they had it on sale for less than 60 bucks I could not help myself so I bought it and it will be next in line to be built.

Not at all Joe, but I have to admit a don't like the Tornado - never did. May sound strange but it hasn't got any soul to mee. I'm not a weirdo, at least not to much I hope, lol, but that's how I feel about it...

However, looks like a clever build and it's coming together nicely - and don't minde my touchy-feely comment. Just ensure me that this will your last Tornado, ever!!! LOL

OK guys here is some thing else about this kit that you need to be aware of the outer wing glove sectios do not match up with the rest of the fuselage they sit just a tad higher and Revell has put me in a darned if  I do and darned if I don't problem you can t flatten them all the way down cause of the locator pins which go in the wings I sanded them down as best I could but still needed the rest to go in the wings and you need the gap on the back side between it an the wing for it to look accurate so I just fixed it as best I could an going to move on when I start a kit im going to finish it regardless of what problems it has

so maby when somebody gets around to do theirs maby they can figure out a way to fully fix I still like this and one I might build another one.

It's coming along really well Joe, it certainly look like a Tornado now !
I think the only kit I have ever built that didn't need any filler was Tamiya's 1/32 Zero, I could get used to all kits fitting like that one lol !
Looking great though buddy, I can't wait until you get some paint on

Well you know now that I think about it my little 1/48 Tamiya zero went together quite well with very little to no filler but of course I have built a lot of the cheaper kits so using filler is normal and what I am used to.
