Hello fellow modelers,

I'm looking into purchasing a rivet tool. Having done research around the web, most recommend to purchase Rosie the Riveter tool.

Now, I don't much care what is the best tool since some may have had different experiences with the same tool.

What I did find confusing is the amount of sizes for rivet tools.

For 1/48 scale I found the following:
0.5 mm
0.55 mm
0.65 mm
0.75 mm

Rosie the Riveter single blade is pretty expensive (around USD 16), so although the best would be to have one of each, I probably will buy one, two at the most.

My question is: is there a good overall size that will probably fit on most of the situations? Or at least what is the most common size for aircraft modeling?

I appreciate any insight.

Thank you.

Happy modeling!
Sebastian

Hi. Although I don't own any myself I know a couple of people who do and they got the 65 an 60 for doing 1/48.
