Though not as impressive as all the other ones I've seen, this is what I'm working with. Slowly adding to it as funds permit (just recently got a mat to replace the cardboard I had been using). It's "organized" chaos. Might need to build myself a shelf to organize my paints a little more [rofl]

we all do what we can do. no worries about what you see anywhere else. its your area and you will make it what you want. I am just now adding several things I wish I had gotten in the beginning. had to wait on.............................$$$ of course!
I still have my paints in a drawer and I need a better place for them.

Thought I'd do a quick vid on my new cave. Excuse the errors and stammers, it has been unedited and uploaded directly from my Playbook. My first model vid into the bargain too.

Nice mancave Aidan, and well stocked to boot ! You can never have enough paints, I love the feeling of starting a new kit and finding I have all the colours I need and don't need to go and buy any (doesn't happen often mind ! But it's nice when it does lol) looks like you have a nice view too, glad to see you kept a few of your older models and nice shelves you have to keep them on, thanks for posting this vid up mate, I really enjoyed watching it, it's nice to see where we all do our hobby

My work station, slowly taking shape (with the help of a few sales at Argos).

Ah yes...the ship. A lovely dust collector; the Bismark in 1/200 th scale partwork. I suppose now that I have a permanent working station I should get back into it.

finally got around to a bit of cleaning and organization of my modeling area. now all I have to do is drive the tank from the build area to the paint booth! when I am skiddish about something I think of everything to do except the project most needing to be done. I have exhausted most all my excuses except: Independence holiday [4th of July] coming up and I will be away from home!

Looks good Ted. I like that paint storage shelf thing you have. I might have to build something like that for myself.

Happy 4 July - I suppose us British will let you keep the country for another year!

Just saw the nice comments abut the work area. Thanks guys. I'm about ready for the British to come back over and straighten out the mess we yanks have made of the colonies!!

This is my modeling work area.  It is in the furnace room in our basement.  I built the spray booth and paint shelves.  Also shown is my display case in the adjacent spare room.  It is basically empty as I just returned to the hobby.
