You have come out of the gate strong! Perhaps you should lose/regain your mojo more often? Excellent build/finish and another very nice engine. Nice base and pictures too!

From what little I see of that Pilot, he looks pretty well done. I'm still working on a reliable NMF sequence that I like. So far Vallejo Silver hasn't let me down except for the tip dry. I've got a new bottle of Vallejo Metal Aluminum I am going to try and maybe, just maybe, I can get some results like yours. That looks great to me.

Cheers bud.
Pilot is ok, still not great but hey I'm Lernin
Been debating the move away from alclad, they are just so delicate. Been looking at metal colour by Vallejo and also xtreme metal by AK. The Ak is supposed to stand up to any thinners bar it's own and go down without a primer some interesting videos however I have jet exhaust and it still smells pretty bad. Metal colour is supped to be very good stood next to alclad but with all the benifits of being acrylic so I'm undecided think I may get a bottle of polished Alu from each and do an all three comparison inc the alclad.

Super looking MIG. The metal finish and the engine detail look great.
