Very nice! I like what you're doing with the NMM finishes on those parts. You're pulling it off perfectly.

Sorry Ted no video, bit to far down the technological rabbit hole for me (I've only just got the hang of the digital camera)

Hopefully I will get some more work done on these next week

At last an update

Brad finished

I managed to loose the original left hand to the carpet monster after I finished painting it [frown] (I have included a couple of images of it)
Hand replaced by a hook made from brass and lead wire

[snapseed-286_zpsoyr9zzeh]
[snapseed-292_zpsng5wr229]
[snapseed-293_zpsho3icjly]
[snapseed-294_zpst6gpbrnj]

And the now absent left hand

[snapseed-277_zpsa8e5alav]
[snapseed-268_zpsikquqmq9]
[snapseed-267_zpsfqmxvdu6]

And I started Janet (hopefully I wont loose any of the components on her)

Mask face plate painted

[snapseed-296_zps3g0hnkqf]
[snapseed-297_zps0oorjhd9]
[snapseed-299_zpssufcyjrr]

Thanks for looking and comments

That is some really impressive work Stephen. I love your creativity in replacing lost parts. Your figures look like heroes and survivors. Your treatment of NMF is spot-on, mate! I'm loving it all.  [biggrin]

Thanks

The paints are Vallejo mainly mostly model colour but some model air, games workshop chaos black and some badger miniature ghost tints

Figures are from Painting Buddha though I believe they are no longer available (came with DVD set)

Brush I have used is a Rosemary and Co kolinsky sable sfh 33. Size 1
These brushes so far have beanbag nice to use as my Windsor and newton series 7s (and only cost about a third as much)

Thanks for that Stephen. The figures looked very familiar, I thoughtthey may have been from Industria Mechanical.

Nice one.
