My second attempt at water effects. Instead of using resin this time I tried the foam board and Mod Podge method. The kit is ok for its size (53cm) and cheap at £16 from Amazon. As I'm new to this hobby I have another first, dry brushing on the name plaque. All in all it's taken 37hrs including the base. My aim is to be a master at water effects so my next two kits are: Airfix, Nakajima B5N1 'Kate'( flying over water and dropping its torpedo) and, Revell, Type VII C/41 Submarine ( Surfacing ) All feedback gratefully received.
