All right folks, after the failed first time attempt to build a Necron fiasco...

I've decided to try again...  Hopefully, the bag of mistakes from it will come handy this time around, so here we go (With nerves of steel LOL):

Unboxing:

Sanding:

Glueing:
For some reason, I couldn't get the figure pose right (Right leg pushed inwards and the cape is a bit too high...  First boo-boo).

Surface Primer:
Ended up using the White surface primer "again"...

Base paint:

Shade coat:

Re-touch:

A couple of the colors needed for this figure are in transit, so I think after the Gold base, I will have to stay in standby for a couple days....

thanks for reading [thumb]

Skill still very limited, but this one is a huge step ahead of the prior attempt...

Moving along...  [smile]

Thanks a million Ted, I applied the Abbadon Black earlier today, but now I'm stuck waiting for the missing colors (Ordered from Games Workshop but didn't realized they are in Canada until I had completed checkout)...  Also waiting on a better quality brush set, my next project is 100% hand painting (Forcing myself to get at least decent at it).

Love the play by play. For the record, you are not required to used ONLY the Citadel paints and washes lol. I barely use them at all.

So far, this is really excellent Juan. Keep this up!

Thanks buddy [smile]  , but this guy is old news!!!, after waiting for nearly two weeks for the missing paints I noticed that both its head and the left arm were moving, so I took them out, scraped all the paint and glue and while re-attaching them I ruined it...   It went straight into the bin.

I'm sticking to the Citadel enamel paints and sometimes I use Tamiya (Enamels also), I like to get used to working with a couple brands only, this way you know exactly what to expect.

I'm now working on a different Warhammer Project, check it out  [thumb]
